Our Google Apps Consultant will work with new and existing EDU clients to setup and audit their Google Apps for Education (GAFE) Infrastructure. This customer facing role will interact with clients remotely and in person via calls and presentations. Travel will be required to present at technical retreats and summits throughout North America and potentially other parts of the world. This position requires someone who has a technical background of GAFE, customer facing skills and entrepreneurial spirit. As we are a mature startup, we expect this person to work in a team while also being able to take a leadership role in their area and be keen to automate/streamline where possible.
Managing client through GAFE Audit Process from KickOff to completion
Owning and improving GAFE KickStart lifecycle process
Presentation of technical content at Technical retreats and GAFE Summits
Installation and walkthrough of Third Party Services
Coach/mentor clients in best practices for product implementations, adoption, and ongoing support.
Provide technical support and consulting both internally and externally to clients
Lead generation for both GAFE Audit & KickStart
