Amplified IT is growing and excited to enter a new era of operational excellence at this stage in our journey. We’re looking to add a friendly face to our People Operations team. The HR Coordinator / Office Manager will be responsible for the coordination of the recruiting process, continuing the development of the onboarding process, as well as managing day-to-day office responsibilities. This is an integral role on the team to help lead our philosophy of ‘people over profits.’

Responsibilities:

HR - 80%

  • Champion and assist in the creation of culture initiatives to provide employees the best place to work
  • Source, schedule and facilitate virtual and on-site interviews ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to guide them through the hiring process
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Assist in the management of the employee onboarding program
  • Enter and maintain data in HRIS
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with college, university and career centers to develop local talent pipeline
  • Assist in other company-wide initiatives from performance management to employee experience as needed

Office Management - 20%

  • Responsible for day to day office environment including ordering supplies, mail delivery, and management of facility service providers
  • Manage on- or off-site culture activities, such as: ordering All Hands lunch, team celebrations and annual events
  • Assist with office expansion and build out

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as HR Coordinator and/or Recruiter
  • Knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
  • Efficient HR administration and people skills
  • Strong priority management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are caring but result-oriented
  • An open-minded mindset, with a can-do attitude in a complex environment

A plus if:

  • You have experience with Gusto, Zenefits or similar HRIS
  • You’re tech savvy with G Suite experience
  • You have some previous office management experience or you have a knack for organization
