Job Overview

Our Google For Education Consultant will work with new and existing EDU clients to setup, configure, audit and plan their Google for Education (GFE) Infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and the Lead Google for Education Consultant, this customer facing role will interact with clients remotely and in person via calls and presentations. Travel will be required to present at technical retreats, training sessions and conferences throughout North America and potentially other parts of the world.

This position requires someone who has a technical background of Google For Education, customer facing skills and entrepreneurial spirit. As we are a mature startup, we expect this person to work in a team while also being able to take a leadership role in their region and be keen to automate/streamline where possible.



Role and responsibilities:

  • Managing clients through AIT core service processes from KickOff to completion
  • Overview AIT services to customers and convey value propositions
  • Presentation of technical content to large groups
  • Training Sessions including certification bootcamps
  • Overview and value proposition of Third Party Tools and Services
  • Coach/mentor clients in best practices for product implementations, adoption, and ongoing support.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for long term customer engagements
  • Identify, record and hand off lead opportunities to the customer success team
  • Perform backup leadership duties where assigned
  • Identify customer training opportunities, communication, hosting and logistics
  • Create new consultancy opportunities and services for EDU customers
